Taken flat posession in Shipra Estate's sun tower, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Still there is no electricity supply and Shipra's BM Services is charging at Rs10.58/- per unit for supply. Residents are helpless. Shipra people do not want to help as they are earning from it. Is there a way to bring Such builders under law?

Shipra estate is known for extorting money from you, once you book a flat. Sun tower was their prime project, Shipra Krishna, Neo are to follow. Take them to consumer court.

Immediate solution could be, better to install your own generator. It will be much cheaper. Should be around Rs.5/-, for diesel run generator. They cannot charge, but all owner's, in your society, in one voice, need to approach the court, for redress. A private Electricity Distributor, also has to be under government mechanism.
