I'm looking to create a tournament worthy fairy control deck with the ban list using cards that will work with these 2 cards

don't listen to them, yugioh is a very smart game, and there are not many cards for faiies but I know some and hey are very good, I just dont use them cuz I have a spellcaster deckbut let me give you some good cards 4 ur deck:
yep i agree Guardian angel joan is very good, you coul also add St. Joan with her fusion monsters
Winged Kuriboh and level 10 with the spell cars transcendent wings are very good 4 ur deck
dancing fairy is also good
Absorbing Kid From The Sky is also very good in u can protect it and increase its attack points
ther is also Zolga, if u protect it, sacrifice it 4 ur guardian angel joan and so u can invrease by 2000 LP
Fairy guardian works almost likemagician of faith, byt the way add one M of faith
add the forgiving maiden, to protect you and the fusion it with marie the fallen one to make St. Joan and if Marie is in the graveyard, 4 every turn you get 200 LP

Fairy meteor crush is not a car 4 a fairy exactly but the nae says a bit `_^

Fairies aren't tournament worthy. Period. Injection Fairy Lily is a Spellcaster!!! Sorry dude but Beasts and Fiends will be the top decks this season. There isn't enough good support for Fairies and having good monsters isn't enough.
