Start planning on the breakup. Gather up all the money you can. Empty out checking and savings accounts and put them in your name. Slowly take things out of the house and put them in a storage unit. When you go through a divorce you want to make sure he doesn't get a thing.
Also, go to an attorney immediately and let him know what is going on. You need to take him for everything he has and then some. Please note, you will get over 30% of his income for child support.

When it comes to marriage each couple needs to find ways to give up something they did for something they'll do with their spouse. Perhaps pending on what the actual situation is you could give a little leway and encourage him to try something else out, or perhaps find some time for you two to take a vacation that each will like.

Sorry nothing unusual from me :), divorce him and go your own way. If he told you that it¸s over it probably is, so stay proud, try to stay cool and leave with no yelling or crying and live your life alone for some time and "the one" will come eventually.

Err, if he is not doing anything and says you can do as you wish, why don't you do something about stopping the "spoiling" thing?
