Would you say that the plethora of 3 D graphics used in Movies like Jurassic Park, Dungeons and Dragons, Lord of the Rings, to name a few, are "not creative"? Of course, not!
Computers and new softwares have opened up new tools like 2D and 3 D Animation, Digital Sound and so on and so forth; and literally taken "Creativity" to the next level!
So, obviously, the answer to your Question is "FALSE"!?

False,because the computer with internet services enables to know what ever we need such as websites of google,wikipedia,brittanica where there would be a lot of projects & exhibition arts like making of rockets & aeroplanes.This kind of services enables to gain the kingdom of knowledge & this in turn enables one to be creative.

i think it makes some people more creative since the computer is also hooked up to the internet where billions of ideas come together, and since creativity is just a borrowed fraction of someone else's idea to create something fresh and new, creativeness increases with the use of computers/internet.
but u can also have lazy people who just plaigarise(spelling?) completely.

The answer's false if u use the computer for productive reasons - designing, writing, blogging etc.
It's true if u get addicted to non-productive uses like gaming, gambling, chatting etc.
All depends on what purpose u use the computer for.

good Q. TRUE.. because when writing was invented, the then learned people of INdia opposed it, saying, it would affect the memorising skill, it did.. when calculater invented, we stoped learning tables, when computer was invented spellings suffered a lot.. thus, you are 100 % correct
