I am fine with it. If two people really love each other then I don't think that they should care about religion, caste, creed, etc. No matter which community we belong to, we are all humans and belonging to a certain community doesn't make you more or less a human.

I think alot of people are taught to be against this, because of religious reasons, or racist views. I am currently taking a class in American Minorities, and I discovered that in the truest sense of the words biological race, one has not existed in a very long time. Think about it. Are you ancestors all the same race as you? I am white, but my ancestors are Irish, and Scottish. My husband's grandmother was a full blooded Cherokee. Basically, everyone is mixed. Anyway, I was always taught don't mix races, it is in the Bible, but I always wondered what about if you are mixed? And now, I find out all of us are really mixed. So, I think you should go with your heart. Depending on the place you live, it could be tough living, but would you rather date someone who was good to you and happened to be a different race, or someone of your race who beat the hell out of you?

To me , from time to time I think that they are quite hot. most of the time I approve. sometimes I find my self slightly bigited and do not approve. alas.

I like asian women for example. And my sister married a black man. I loved a Jewish woman and she me .. but race issues got in the way. She also was dumbfounded that I really liked a girl named Mari and would have chased her if she were not already engaged. To her marrying outside of one's race was astounding and incredable and just not done.

But a couple does have to deal with their own cultural differences AND then the differences of the extended family and the extended culture.

Notions of God get in the way. and child rearing.

Hatred of race get in the way. Many hate the asians due to WII, Korea, Vietnam. Many southerners think that many American Blacks are one step up from Monkeys.

I know of no direct biblical quote about blacks being evil .. but there is some that think that the race of cain are the black people. cain was marked visably.

I don't think God gave love a certain color! You can't always control who you fall in love with and even if you could why would you want too? I think people make to big of a deal out of it! I think if 2 people love each other and take care of each other then the world should leave them alone, no matter what color they are!

I'm with a black man and I'm white and we have a beautiful child together. There is no problem at all with it and I don't care at all when I see it else where. Its also other people that waist there energy on who your with. There is no way you can help who you fall in love with unless you are programed from birth to hate and be closed minded, and even then them people grow up realizing how stupid that is. I don't care at all. Love is love no matter how it comes.

I'm a white 42 year old male, I went out with a black girl when I was in my early 20's. We broke up because she moved out west to take care of a sick family member but I look back on that relationship as one of my healthiest relationships to date. Like any other relationships it comes down to your choices, not others opinions!

I'm in one now, and it's awesome. She's Tawianese and I'm a mutt.

But really, who cares what anyone else thinks? There are only two people who matter - the two people in a relationship. That's it. She makes me happy, I make her happy, and if anyone has a problem with that, anyone at all, then they can go f* themselves.

Vive Le Difference!

i dont have a problem with it......we are living in a multi cultural world....so meeting and falling for someone different to your own race can happen very easily....as long as the people are happy then thats great....there is good and bad in every race.....
im maltese and am married to a macedonian......we have love and harmony and argue as much as the next person....but the problems are never about our race....they are common problems that everyone encounters....

A lot in my family are married to a Caucasian... they are all getting along with each other. When I was with a Caucasian on the other hand- it was hell- I couldn't imagine getting married to him and never considered it, because we often argued about things. I could sense that he thought he was superior to me and I often had to get real with him- very exhausting.
