Well, one of the most successful ways to make changes in your life is to first sit down and decide, clearly, what you want to achieve.

Not just, I want to lose weight, but visualize, if you lose weight, what you will do, how, and what you want when doing it. Going to the beach more, feeling more comfortable with yourself, liking yourself more, etc.

You can plan on liking yourself more, and this leads to being a happier, more energetic person, so you can then visualize doing more energetic things with your friends and family.

So, looking at all that, you can plan on working a little bit, every day, to make that goal. Say, 10 minutes every day at lunch, you think about what you want, then think about how you will work toward it for a little bit today.

Then, when you've started making small changes, you can tell yourself to keep going because you know you are on your way to a specific goal. If you fall down a little, you can see what needs to be done, and you can make small steps, or take giant strides; just keep moving toward that goal.

Here, i did this. If I could lose 10 pounds, and one inch off my waist, I would feel better, I could show myself that there was hope for me, and I could go to a barbecue at my sister's house in 3 months and be happy there.

It worked! I took small steps (no more big, bingeing diet crap), and I lost 20 pounds in 3 and a half months, and I went to 2 barbecues with friends and family.

Not much, you say? I can see my goals for learning to keep the weight off, and I can see myself being happier and healthier in the future, and I like that. It helps me work toward my goals.

I hope it works for you.

Since I am not a woman I cannot give you fashion advice, but as far as the rest, start with a mind set. It sounds like you have a reason to make a change. Define your goals how you will get there, stay strong and overcome hurdles. If you can do those things you will get to where you want to be. Never lose site of the destination and the small steps inbetween and you will get there.

If these changes has to do with wardrobes then why don't you just pick one piece of clothing at a time start off with pants first and get a couple for the first week. If the money isn't so pleasant then maybe you might need to wear what yu got until you are financial ready to afford more clothes.I really don't know what type of change you are really referring to.

if it's your wardrobe, just throw out things that you haven't worn and never will wear. Also throw out things that make you look ugly but still would wear because it's so comfy. Try to savage clothes that make you look good and find a matching piece. Accesories help dress up or dress down a garment so invest in some jewelry, belts and scarves.

Its difficult on the beginning but its good if its for the best..It takes a lot of sacrifices.

I decided to change my life when I went abroad because I want to forget someone..Its difficult at first, but you will realize everything.. Just be straight all the time..and everything will be fine..

Now, Ive got a good job, wonderful husband and a healthy son.
