Kawasaki VN1500 Cassic Tourer 2001 - fuel consumption?

I think my bike has 2 big fuel consumption.
With 15 liters (not galons) I can ride for only 140 km (not miles) city ride.
Is this normal ?

I think that you should consult your local Kawasaki dealer. They should be able to tell you what the fuel mileage should be for your bike.

I'm confused with litres and kliometers. I don't have the specs for your bike. Guesstimate against these LOL -
2000 Classic - 7.5 L/100 km - 31.4mpg
2006 - 4.7 L/100 km - 50mpg
