It is a old Green Lantern comic book with Hal Jordan. The Logo says "Superman Dc National Comics" It was on sale in June No.21. The cover says "The MAN WHO MASTERED MAGNETISM!" The original Sale price was 12 cents yep you heard me 12 cents. the price I paid for it was $6.75 at The Comic Con (Convetion) in San Diego. Your comic book is here:

A comic book's market value is highly dependent on it's condition. The smallest crease or fold can dramatically reduce value.

Of course, a price guide can say a book is worth $100,000, but in the end it's only worth what somebody is willing to pay for it.

My guess is that the seller knew exactly what he was doing, and your comic is worth about $6.75.

Now, forget about the "value" and enjoy reading it!
