Show affection and tell them how much they mean to you with a big smile showing them you adore them, thats if you have a problem with the whole i love you thing.

If you realy feel that way, it will show in your behavior. It will be apparent in your unconditional respect, acceptance, and appreciation. They will feel it from you, and know it as clearly as they know their own name. Still, it's nice to hear once in a while, but it means so much more to feel it.
It shows in the daily behaviors. The little considerations, the little favors, acknowledgements, gratitude, admiration, willingness to do things to please you, their generosity......
A guy's idea of romance and affection is different than a gal's. We must not take this for granted. We need to learn each other's idea. His migh be cleaning the kitchen (to surprise her and give her a break). Her's might be taping a game while he takes her to dinner, and giving him a chance to show her a good time and be 'the man'. You see how easy some things might be overlooked or perceived differently than intended?
Say love to her on her level, in her language. Find out what love means to him. Empathy and compassion are things we can all understand, so start there.

there were so many ways to say you love your beloved. even if you dont say it, your actions speaks louder. a simple caress is enough to say you love him/her. some people shows it by giving gift whether its expensive or cheap. for me i always say i love them, because im afraid i may not be able to say it if i close my eyes forever.
