The president didn't change the constitution he just ignored it, big difference, and he was totally wrong. The constitution should definitely not be changed.
PS - I'm a republican and I think the patriot act is bullsh*t. I can't believe how our government has let us down.

According to Bush. Anything he thinks is necessary should be done. He cares nothing about the constitution. He has usurped illegal powers already, why would he care about the constitution.
He would rather ignore it that follow it.
Strangely enough, it is the Democrats including Clinton who want to violate the Second Amendment of the Constitution, and strip every Ameridan of the Right of self Defense, by denying them the use of Firearms for self protection. Without the Second Amendment, the rest of them are worthless.

I know one thing that that the people that were turned into instant burning mounds of flesh and guts by having jet airplane material engulf them when they were slammed in to the trade centers by the filth that slithered into this country out weighs the inprisonment of the turds that occupy a cell in CUBA getting meals ( politically corect meals ) and medical attention.ect. So answer to your question the constitution is just fine. But we must REVISE our immigration policy because it is clearly out of control and investigate any suspicous person traveling into this country, before we let them in.

The problem is that this revision is only necessary if you are either the terrorist who is caught, or the innocent victim who was unrightfully inprisoned. The rest of the public are simply playing polotics to make someone out to be "right" and someone out to be "wrong".

And when I am suspected of a Un-American act, like talking, I can be put in custody and left there incommunicado. for life. Costitution does not need to be changed, it needs to be followed.

The Constitution has been dismantled. Torture and other secret plans will be implemented against ordinary U.S. citizens. Here's the PROOF!...
