I was born in Kansas and raised in Oklahoma, so I might be able to provide you with a great answer. But, I really can't because I have no idea where you are moving from in Oklahoma or where you are moving to in Kansas. But, I will offer this piece of advice - it gets colder there in the winter, so take a coat. ;-)

I have friend in Kansas, Topeka, actually. She says it is so boring. Just talked to a friend in Oklahoma and says it nice and slow, not like the big city and fast. Says even the big city out there is slow and the people are very nice too. Talking to him, I can actually say he really was a nice person, had an accent sort of. A little drawl.....lol. Good luck and enjoy your life.
