To me, Ghetto Fabulous is when you're rick but you're still extremely ghetto. Like you wear huge jewelery, you soup up a car beyond belief, and wear tacky yet ridiculously expensive clothes.

absolutly not ghetto fabulous well have you ever been driving down the road and saw a car with duck tape holding the door closed and homemade windsheild wipers and cardboard windows? thats ghetto or have you ever seen a lady dressed in bright clown clothing with bright makeup? thats ghetto or something just to much for the eye or totally ridiculious

well, if anyone is coming from the ghetto and they have the moxie to call themselves fabulous, then good for them.

no it's not silly it's for real - i know so many ghetto fab people! it's people that drive nice cars, rims, etc. stay fitted, gucci bags, coach, pretty much all that **** and then they live in an apartment....come on now.
