For Halloween, I want to be Lara Croft (tomb raider). I need to go from a C cup to a DD. Any suggestions besides surgery?

Go to Victoria Secrets and get their convertible bra that has the little water packets in the pockets for padding. It works wonders and you look like you are busting out. You may want to try a smaller size as well. Good Luck.

In the past few games they've toned down her bust size, not just because it was getting out of hand (it seemed to get a little bigger each game), but because it was unrealistic for as athletic as she was.
I wish I had the website that I heard this officially stated on, but if I recall correctly one of the designers for the game stated that she has a C cup. So, you fit the size, now you just need to make it work for you. (I suggest Tiff's answer about the Victoria's Secret "convertible bra")

Buy a DD bra with at least some padding
Then, stuff it with tissues. The padding already in the bra should make it look more realistic and smooth. I can't believe I just wrote that.

My best advice is wear something comfortable. I suggest you buy the size of bra you like the most and then just stuff it with tissue. Dont get too bulkie because your going to go treak or treating unless your going to a party and you want to impress someone..

C is a pretty big cup. maybe wear a corset or something to make ur waist teeny tiny so ur boobs look bigger like in the Victorian ages.

go take a jap or go to the pharmacy and drink a type of milk powder that increase the size of ur boobs. (not sure wether it works or not)
