Hey peeps ~ n. Korea declared war on the US and the UN at the sanctions talk...Bush has really tried to stay out of it because he represents the U.S and any little comment from him and these N.Korean people would have jumped on it.But with the second Nuc test fixing to happen ~ Jezzzzz what do u think he means???? He is just talking, to sound impressive. With the mess he has made of Afghanistan and Iraq----------he cannot afford to do anything. I still think China and Japan will have to handle North Korea.
