Click on MOVE, then click NEW FOLDER, then a window appears, write the name that you want to give to the folder, then click OK. Anytime when you want to retrieve that e-mail then just click on the name of that folder.

When your e-messages are listed (on msn.com, anway) there is a small square at the left end of each message. Left click on that. Then move your mouse pointer to the Move To option and left click on that. A menu will drop down showing you the folders you already have. You also have the option to creat a new folder. Right click on that option and just type in a name for your new folder. Then you can move future messages to that folder.
