Neither. Blue Lagoon is bad but Americathon is horrible.

There's not a lot of consensus about movies, except for the box office. Lots of sites have lists, and then there's individual preferences, which lead to choices like those expressed in this question.
But these 2 movies don't show up on any of the Top 100, or Top 250 movies which I googled.
On the list of the Top 1000 Highest Grossing Movies of all time, "The Blue Lagoon" was number 970, and "Americathon" did not show up at all.
"The Titanic" has earned more money than any other movie, and "Citizen Kane" is the favorite movie of all time by almost every critic.
However, "Star Wars" and "Star Trek IV" are both up in the top 25 almost every time. So the fans and the critics have got something right!
