Stay away from carbonated drinks. Don't eat broccoli and other gas causing veggies. Mylanta gas will help, but staying away from the foods that cause gas would be better. Also, milk is a common culprit. You might keep a diary fo the foods you most commonly eat and start eliminating some things one at a time to see if it gets better.

Sorry to say but thats all a part of pregnancy.Maybe you could drink alot of water.It depends on your body.Nothing really helped with me.
