wake up time 7.15 am

It's 1:04 am now and I don't have to wake up at any specific time but I do need to be up at 3pm at latest.

I have to be up by 9:30 AM . The cable guy is coming , other than that my day is clear .

it's 12:04 amsand i have to wake up for a doctors appointment at 1:45

i wake up at 7 am and its now ermmm 1 am so yeah i dont sleep much!
