Brandi, It seems to me that child support does not get backed up "by accident". If he's not working and can't pay, that is not an accident. Also, you say that it's your fault that he violated his parole (parole for what crime?) but that you didn't know it was a violation. Well, he should have known. It is up to him to make sure he does what he is supposed to. It seems "nothing is ever HIS fault". If you don't want to be bailing him out forever, I would call it quits with this guy. I smell LOTS of trouble brewing in his future.

Where is your dedication to this man? You are completly selfish. How could you be thinking about yourself right now? What do you mean you have to pay and put yourself threw school? Do you not know your responsibilies as a girlfriend? I think not. F school first things first. If this does not get threw to you then maybe this will. If he goes to prison then he will get three meals a day and a warm bed to sleep in with free excercise. And free medical attention and an education. Now because he did not pay child support his kid may have not gotten three meals a day and a warm bed and new toys plus a better education. I pitty the fool! NOT. You were not there when they made this kid this should not be your problem but since you want to but in then give up school save him and feed his kid otherwise let him rot in jail. You will be bailing him out again. Try stealing from your parents that ususally work. Just make sure to feed his seed.

YOu can either come up with $1000 and bail him out on Bond, or you can come up with the entire 1750 and have the charges for Child Support dropped, then just deal with his probation violation. They will reduce the bail. There's not much else you can do. Unless you want to borrow the money from a well off friend, but that always causes tension between friends, trust me I know.

Well, I know you love him but you have to be realistic. You two aren't married and bettering yourself is your first priority. So, if you're paying your way through school continue to do so. You'll just have to support him emotionally. So, wait until Oct.30th and then if you truly are willing to put yourself out there for love then maybe you could get him a payday loan or possibly the two of you could come up with another plan. Good luck.

It's hard but if you don't have the money then he will have to sit til his hearing, he will probably be released. You could go around to all your friends and see if they could pitch in some money, it's a lot of money but you might be able to get it. If not just write and accept phone calls.
