You can talk to the ff:
1. The branch manager, if it's a bank branch.
2. The human resources manager, it it's a bank head office.
3. Receptionist/Information desk officer, if you're clueless who to talk to.

I actually had an interview for the same position today! I know that Bank of America and Wells Fargo have an application on their website. Perhaps some other banks might have applications on their sites as well. If you still would rather go directly to the bank to apply, the person you should speak with would be the manager. There were a lot of steps I had to go through to get to the actual face-to-face interview process, but if you're patient it shouldn't be too bad =] goood luck!

I was a bank teller. When I went in to ask for a job, they gave me the website and told me to apply there. I was hired not too long after. What bank are you looking to apply to? I would be very wary of Bank of America. Thats where I used to work.

Talk to a teller who looks friendly and ask them for the bank manager, tell them why and politely ask if they might give you some tips on how to get on the bank manager's good side.

Best to ask where their human resources is. Normally they have it off site, meaning away in a different building in a different city or town. Ask for the phone number, website, name of contact person from the new accounts person if they do not have a receptionist. Usually everybody else is too busy and you dont want to get in line for a teller anyway

If you're applying for a job call the manager first. If you applying for a bank service then if you walk in with a dumb look on your face, if the bank is any good, someone will come a runnin'

if ur asking this question it is likely u r a minor. Just ask ur parents to take u to the bank and they;ll know what to do; u can't open a bank account by urself if ur underage anyway. If u r not a minor just go to the clerk and ask to open an account and she'll direct u to an accountant who'll open it for u. Be sure to bring two piece of id including driver's license and social security card.
my bad, i just read the comment; just go to the bank with a resume and cover letter and ask the clerk to see the manager and once he showed up give him the resume and cover letter. Good luck.

Personally, I'd ask an employee "who is in charge of hiring". Unless it is a small bank, most likely they have an HR Department who does their hiring. That is how the Credit Union does it where I work. You can also check and see what kind of info is listed on their website.

I don't think you would talk to anyone at a bank branch; rather, you would go to the head or main office and speak to someone in Human Resources.
