Or should he just hire a new offensive coach?

Shula should stay there for a while if he keeps on the way he is going now. He is a great coach. As far as a new offensive coordinator, I think that is not neccessary. I think The coaches should slack off the offense a little and let them do their thing. At this point in their careers, they know what they are supposed to do. Alabama's offense is overcoached. If Wilson was given a little room to let that ball fly, I think Alabama would be in a much different position than they are now.

I think he should have a lot more time at Alabama. He has been unfortunate with injuries to star players, and has still done well in the SEC.

I heard he'll be there till at least the end of the season.
