what is the name of the string music that is played when king theoden's horses march onto Minas Tirith?

I have the score on CD, and that track is simply called "Minas Tirith."

Howard Shore wrote the scores for all three of the LOTR films, directed by Peter Jackson.

I believe the track you're referring to is called "The Fields of the Pelennor". There's an earlier track on the same CD called "The Ride of the Rohirrim" but it's not the attack on Minas Tirith.
