I guess he hasn't noticed that it's HIS party that votes in force (at least in the senate but I bet in the house too) for NAFTA and CAFTA and agreements like it. Old Mr "China made me build a factory there!" sure is slick eh?

Michigan's problems are the result of poor trade polices of this country and I dispute the fact that these trade policies are equally supported by dems and reps. Look at my other questions the voting records are there....

I didn't know that he did. And i'll be polite enough to not comment on a subject of which I do not have enough info to answer intelligently. Just curious though, do you support Jennifer because of her policies and 'achievements'? I came here when she first ran. I saw the terrible condition of this state( believe me, the country is doing great compared to here) and I've been disgusted with her every step of the way. In my opinion, she has accomplished nothing of value. This state has clearly been misguided for a long time. She has not remedied anything. I also know Dick Devos(somewhat indirectly). He's incredibly bright. And an excellent business manager. That's exactly what this state needs. Trust me, there are problems in other states, but nowhere near the problems here. I believe she did not take her position seriously enough, and there's no reason for this nonsense to continue.

Last I checked, both parties were all over NAFTA and similar such deals like white on rice. Just goes to show you the difference is not between right and left, but us and them.

He is just trying to deflect the fact that he and his company has benifited more than most companies from NAFTA.
