I know you can't really know that well without more information, but I'm just wondering if its likely I'll have this too. My father had fully grey hair by the age of 26...as his son is it likely I will too?

I think you inherit "hair" problems from your Mother's side.
"Male-Pattern" baldness works that way.
Look at your Maternal Grandfather's hair to see how your own will be.....

It is not based on genes of a person for his hair going grey but it is our own personal health problems like excess of stress, less care of our hair, or even because of some external problems like you father's hair been attacked by dust, etc.
My dad's hair too became grey at his age of 15, but now my brother is of 20, still his haior are shiny black, because he always take care of his hair. Try applying coconut oil on your hair daily while sleeping ! It may protect your hair fom becoming grey and give you a sound sleep!
