Hey, I'm a Fifteen year old girl. The Problem.I like a Seventeen year old boy. We both go to the same highschool, and We both often chat from time to time, usually after school. We'll talk about the music we like(Metal), and hang around with the other people that stay after school. We both seem to hit it off, and by all means, I am not a slut type girl. In all honesty, I've never gotten as far as holding hands with a guy. The whole thought, is scary. What should I do? I mean, I'm really starting to like him...Is that bad?

I totally remember those feelings...it is all coming back to me!!! That nervousness...it is something you will always remember.

In my 10 years since HS I am gonna give you this advice. Don't sit and wait for it to happen to you. I missed a few opportunities because I was too chicken to be a little more aggressive.

Talk to him...maybe next time, take his cell and put your number in it: that is flirtatious. Or exchange IM names or email addresses to get the ball rolling. (it is easier to chat that way )

If you are ever alone somewhere...dont be shy...make the 1st move.

Do the normal things you both like doing. At some point ask him that you talk to talk to him. Then see how things go,but go slowly and take your time. Becareful as well you don't want to hurt him or yourself or both you guys friendship.
