2.Someone who refuses to attend to your problems beacuse they are illegal.

I would vote for a person who would refuse to attend to something illegal asked by me or any one else, of course with a proper education and elucidation of real facts, if the asker did not honestly know it to be so.
Resolving illegal problems by further illegal and dubious means is the order of the day and this has to be exposed, punished, and not voted back at any cost .
The askers will automatically shut up when they are threatened by consequence of existence of illegality already which is by itself liable to be quashed and subjected to punishment. This needs to be done precisely for correcting the people and society at large by elected representatives instead of leading them further in their pursuit of illegality.

Definately I will favour the person who will stand with me.
But Solving illegal problems by illegal and dubious ways may further cause problems. And wise thing is that I will go with the person who will solve the illegal problems by legal and certain way.

I will vote to a person, whose track record is blemish less. I give weight age for the candidate not the political party to which he or she belongs.

1st one. in mahabharat episode we all like the personality of KARNA though he was with kaurava's. because he had never rejected or refused to be with Duryodhan although they were doing illegal thing. so never leave someone in problem, later on we can remind or advise him not do it again .
