That's nothing new. A pharmacist can deny prescription drugs to anyone. Normally the reasoning has to do with a bad prescription, abuse, something along those lines. Once on a blue moon, a pharmacist might refuse to dispense because a doctor wrote a bad prescription and refuses to change it. I only know of one case when that occurred.

confident, and no. A pharmacy won't be a factor of the scientific company, it rather is a company. and prefer quite a few different company they might decide for what to inventory. it could be exceptionally very like demanding that each and every storage inventory each and every thing for each available motor vehicle ever made... advantageous it could be greater convinient to the customer... yet infrequently actual looking. on the different hand... i could like some regulation. i'm unfamiliar with the yankee device, if it has them or no longer... in any case, i could like a regulation that states you are able to no longer deny someone existence saving drugs in keeping with religious ideals. and that i could like to work out some regulation on rural aspects... if the area to the closest elective place of purchase is unquestionably inconvenient they might desire to no longer be allowed to disclaim even much less intense medicine. actual looking? think of you have a nutcase faith that thinks respiratory is sacred and should no longer be interfered with.... you are able to desire to decline to sell human beings nasal sprays... yet you are able to nonetheless could sell allergies inhalers... Or if the closest different pharmacy became one hundred miles away, you would be required by ability of regulation to furnish the centers regardless of your very own opinion.
