Doctors and scientists have actually studied this. If 100 women used only pulling out to keep from getting pregnant (no condoms or pills or anything else), 27 of them would get pregnant in a year. To compare:
nothing- 85 would get pregnant in a year
condoms-15 would get pregnant in a year
birth control pills- 8 would get pregnant in a year.
So pulling out helps some, but it is definitely still possible to get pregnant. There are better ways to keep from getting pregnant, like condoms or the pill. You should try a home pregnancy test in a couple of days to see if you're pregnant.

Ok first of all I am sorry that you believed him but if you are old enough to be having sex then you should have already know the answer. Even if you pulled out and didnt ejaculate inside you there is precum that he has no control over and you can get pregnant from it. If you think there is even the slightest chance you are pregnant which judging from what you said there is then go get a test done or go to your doctor. And make sure that if you arent pregnant you start using condoms or dont have sex at all until you know all the facts of how you can get pregnant and when. Anytime you have unprotected sex you can get pregnant. Hope this helps.

Your boyfriend needs to d o a little more research. This isn't the 1st time i had to answer this question.
"Precum or pre-ejaculate is a fluid coming from the penis and is produced by man’s bulbourethral glands. The main bulbourethral gland is the prostate, and there are also few smaller glands that are situated in the body of the penis. They produce clear liquid that is similar to other mucous excretion of the body, the main difference is the different contents of proteins and increased concentration of sugars like fructose. Precum’s main purpose is cleaning the urethra from any bacteria or the leftovers of urine, also precum is a lubricant that is used for lubrication of the glans and foreskin during the intercourse. Depending on the person precum may or may not contain small amounts of spermatozoids, the chances of pregnancy are small but, since in theory, only one sperm is enough to get a woman pregnant there’s still a chance that the pregnancy will happen. It would be the safest to use condoms during the entire duration of the sexual intercourse. "

What your boyfriend has been practicing is called "withdrawal." It is NOT a reliable form of birth control, and in fact is not likely to reduce your chances of pregnancy by much, if at all. In fact, men produce a substance secreted before ejaculation that aids in lubrication for sex, but also is high in sperm.
You could be pregnant and experienceing what is called "breakthrough bleeding," or bleeding after implantation of a fertilized egg. First, my suggestion is to go buy a pregnancy test and some condoms at your local dollar store or Wal-Mart. The cheap ones are fine. The next time you want to have sex, insist on using a condom if you do not want to become pregnant. In two weeks (when your hormones should be high enough to detect if you are pregnant), take the pregnancy test. Until then and afterward, know your information BEFORE acting upon it.

You definitely could be pregnant. The "pull out" method does not work at all, because when the penis is hard it leaks a tiny amount of semen, but even that little bit has millions of sperm swimming in it. Light, brownish bleeding around the time your period is due, sounds like implantation bleeding, which happens when the fertilized egg attaches to the wall of the uterus in very early pregnancy. You do sound kinda pregnant, but in case you're not, quit the pull-out sex now or you will be soon.

First of all, the "pull-out" method is unreliable. There's pre-ejacualation (a little comes out before the big finale) that can impregnate you.
Secondly, it's pretty rude of him. How much pleasure can you have if he has to keep pulling out? Most guys, no matter how nice they are, will say whatever it takes to have sex. Stay informed.
And lastly, you most definitely could be pregnant. I would take a test. And use birth control AND a condom from now on! I don't care if he says he doesn't like them or not!
Good luck!

pulling out does not keep you from getting pregnant. A guy precums just before he cums and usually they don't pull out soon enough for the precum to not be inside you. I would defenitly take a pregnancy test. Expecially if your period didn't last long and was light. Mine was the same way when I got pregnant.

Yes you could be pregnant. I don't know how old you are, but some guys will say anything just to have unprotected sex. It is TOTALLY FALSE that you won't get pregnant if he pulls out!!!!! You have to take control of birth control if you definitely don't want to get pg. I hope things work out for you.

yes honey, you could be very pregnant, it only takes one sperm to fertilize an egg, which means you could get pregnant off of pre *** alone, which can happen during sex and the man not even know he done it......it is a tiny bit that comes out. Good Luck
