They aren't connected, so there's no way to calculate one from the other. Different products have different markups, and the same product can have widely varying markups from different sellers.

Depends on different product. Most retail price of general goods double their wholesale price.

it really depends on where it is to be sold. if item A costs 100.00 wholesale, Target might mark it up to 130.00 and Walmart might mark it up 115.00. Even then sales and promotions throw that out the window.
