Because Angelina was doing it so Madonna wants to do it too. Celebrities tend to compete with each other. I can buy an African baby too - so there! I have more money than you - so there! I have more kids than you - so there! What's going to be next for Madonna - the Universe?!!
Hey Redhead! Madonna could have done better with her money by taking care of the little boy's WHOLE FAMILY rather than taking him away from his poor father and family. She could have provided ONGOING FUNDING FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. That little boy will miss his father and wonder who these white people are when he grows up.

since she figured out that after all the facelifts and liposuction,i think she feels all of the fat that was sucked out of her could have fed those poor children in africa and saved a few of their precious lives ,but it's a little too late now

she wants to go all Angelina Jolie. We all know she doesn't care about any kid in Africa, and if she did, adopting one and letting him being super rich it's not a solution at all. It's kind of getting him as an accessory, "an African kid", for god's sake, she even have children of her own.
