Styrofoam! cut them with a electric carving knife, paint with spray paint and use a brush to add the words on the front. Buy cheap clear coat from walmart spray all over your dried project (to waterproof it) That's what we did last year turned out great. Much cheaper than wood and light to carry and store. use wood or metal post to stick them in the ground and your done!~!good luck and happy Halloween.

get two inch white Styrofoam board from building supplier, big box store and get tube of dry wall adhesive and layer three together and see if you like it, cut out head stones?
