How would define a real lady or a true gentleman?

Both A Gentleman and a Lady are very willing to do things for other people whom they may not even know, because they recognize that their kindness will benefit the other person more than it cost them to do it.

THIS IS MY DEFINITION OF WHAT A TRUE GENTLEMAN AND A REAL LADY SHOULD BE.
