nope because you are minor, ask your parents to do it for you. i admire you for at your young age, you already concern about your future, your parent must be proud of you?

Your parents can set up the account because it is a legal business and then you can do the listings, package the products, mail them, give feedback, and all of that. Let your parents know that they can take tax deductions for the business and they can pay you a salary instead of an allowance. It's a win-win situation. The Ebay fees, internet provider costs, packing materials and everything you need for the business is tax deductible so even if you don't make a profit, you can still help your folks lower their taxes. Have them set aside some of the money into a retirement/college fund for you with pre-taxed dollars that will build good interest but make sure you can take the money out in 7-8 years for college without paying penalties. Have your parents talk to an accountant and/or attorney. You can make your dreams come true... and I am sure they will be happy to help you.

No because you not old enough to sell stuff.Try this one:makes some cookies and sell it to your friend.I'm sure if the cookies delicious, your friend will buy it one after another.
