Yew hav gawt ta be kiddin. First, their accent. Secondly, everything about Texans is overdone: big hair and lotsa makeup on the wimmen, big boots, big buckles, and big hats on the gents. And they do everything Texas style, over the top and swaggering, with excess and lack of taste.
Of course these are stereotypes. I lived there, and it ends up being like anywhere else, with the usual mix of good and bad people, and quirky local traditions. The local ranchers would pull over to let you by on lonely two lane highways, which I always thought was mighty kind. The restaurants did serve some amazing portions of steak, which helped explain the tendency of locals to be rather rubinesque. But I had a fun time down there in the Lone Star State.

Well let's see, that everything is better and bigger in Texas.
That Texans are the best at everything . They carry around big guns and are flamboyant and drive big oil and gas guzzling cars. That they are filthy rich.

People think we walk around in cowboy boots and hats and we are just a bunch of uneducated hillbillies.
