UCLA and Michigan are the first two that come to mind.

Florida has not been an athletic power until the last 20 years. Basketball hasnt come to them until 10 years ago. They are nowhere near the top of the list if you are talking about ALL TIME. Some teams that do come to mind are UCLA, Texas, Notre Dame, NC State, and Michigan State.

While i hate to admit it --- University of Tennessee would be in the running as their football program is very strong(except ly)
mens basketball has been respectable and womens basketball has been dominant for a long time

typically its opposite ends but some that are balanced at both would be UCLA, IOWA, and probably the best if i had to call it FLORIDIA
