The weather there is great. It is always sunny, even when raining and snowing, which is a little bit of an oddity. When it snows, it melts pretty quick, and they have a good snow removal system in place, so you don't have to worry too much about getting around in the snow. Expect it to be chilly even in early July, and they have already gotten snow this fall. They do have somewhat of a shortage of water, you'll see people with lawns that are dead because of the water restrictions. It is close to ski towns and it is just a great overall place to live. There is lots to do. You'll love it.

I live in Littleton right now and have all my life. Other than it being endless subdivisions, it's great. Weather is your typical Colorado forecast, it could be snowing one minute, and then the next its bright and sunny out.

You can get some cold days, but they don't stay cold that long.
It's a nice area. Close to Denver. Plenty do do, good schools.
You have the whole beautiful state of Colorado at your doorstep.
