I think I can help you by giving a site link .An internet connection can become slow or stop working due to a number of reasons depending on the type of the connection. Many of the problems can be solved by making software changes or small hardware corrections. Detailed instructions at http://tinyurl.com/yl62gz

Do you get some error message or do you just suddenly get logged out? If there is an error message then that might provide insight to the problem. If not then it's obviously your internet connection. Wireless isn't necessarily the best way to go. You may have to buy a wireless adapter for it to function correctly but the problem may be your dorm. There may be some limitation to bandwith that is cutting you off.

yeah it is. in case you want wirless you want the instantaneous adaptor on your xbox and router. or you are able to purchase an ethernet cable to quickly connect with the router. then flow to xbox dashboard and verify out the relationship.

Everything is ok, the problem is that the signal you`re getting is too weak.
