Doesn't quite add up does it?

To add to the insanity, and btw, firecrackers are not illegal everywhere, our 4th of July is generally celebrated by getting drunk and playing with dangerous explosives. Americans may have been a bit to pampered. Or sheltered from the real truth. But there are statistics of the number of people who lose, fingers, hands, eyes and so on and so forth, every year.

I don't know if you are from America, I am, and I have been trying to understand what in the world we could possibly be thinking. If I were you I would just go buy a sweater or something, anything is bound to be more relaxing than trying to figure out WTF is going on here.

Peace.

the US doesnt ban the firecracker unless it is on a federally regulated area. Such as a plane/airport/government facility, etc.

the STATE might ban them, such as Arizona, due to fire hazards, etc (AZ is quite the dry place).

cos only govt can get hold of nuclear bombs - so its safe for them. whereas fire crackers can be gotten by public easily if not banned and fire crackers with its gunpowder content can be used to make small bombs??

I can't understand why parents have to put their kids in seatbelts to protect their lives, yet they can feed them McDonald's.
