Has legislation passed to end taxing social security income?

We received a notice through the mail claiming that this was so and telling us to return a postcard asking for a publication thst describes this new legislation.

You're the only one that got that mail. How do you rate? I still have to pay income tax on 85% of my Social Security income and, since I'm still working, I have to pay INTO Social Security at the same time.
