The closest I can offer are:

hierophobia, which is the fear of priests or sacred things

teleophobia, the fear of religious ceremonies

ecclesiophobia, the fear of churches

or theophobia, the fear of gods or religions.

I don't know that there is a commonly accepted word describing the fear of nuns. (though there probably should be!)
