Are their any vitamins I can take to help raise my progesterone levels? I just hae putting unnessecary drugs in my system when I could go for something more natural.

None of the "natural" things that are sold over the counter have been reviewed or verified by the FDA. Since they're completely unregulated, you have no idea what you're putting into your body. I would go with something that has studies behind it and has been proven.

no. is this related to fertility treatments? is that why you are trying to raise your prog? the goal is not to raise the prog, the goal is to ovulate-that is what causes the rise in progesterone. if there was a pill to raise your progesterone it wouldnt help you get pregnant, you need to ovulate for that
