Improve your grammar first. The question should be, "What is the best way to avoid being panicky in front of a crowd?" There are other ways the same thing could have been said.
Prepare your material to be presented the best way you can. Practice in front of a mirror and in front of friends and family.
Don't worry about doing something embarrassing or saying something stupid. You are not going to be in front of millions of people (like on TV) and make a bigger fool of yourself than some of our political leaders, "Dubya" on down.
Time, practice and experience will give you self-confidence and you will do just fine.

Look online or get a book on anxiety. It can teach you breathing techniques and other things to help calm you. I know just breathing sounds really stupid but it does work. When you get panicky you get short on breath and your body gets into a flight or fight mode. So just taking a couple deep breaths in can really help.
