Keep on talking to him and getting to know him better. Then ask him if he wants to HANG OUT sometime. Dont jump the gun and ask him out, some guys are frightened by this... Eventually after you have hung out enough, make a move if you are daring enough! Hope this helps and best of luck!

just enjoy the company.. maybe he wants to know you more, or he wants to take more time, who knows one day he will ask you out, just be yourself when you're with him. don't ask him, let him ask you, that way you know he is really interested in you.

well, you could ask him. or, better yet, ask him what he would think about dating you. maybe he isn't sure if you like him that way, or perhaps he values your friendship more than a intimate relationship.
