Most days I wake up and drink water. Put on workout clothes, work out outside by sprinting hills, and running stairs. Come home, shower, drink protein powder, get dressed, and head to work in heavy traffic. When I get to work I have oat bran - the rest of my breakfast.

Hello Carolina Girl:
I)I wake up when my wife is in the shower
2) I see if my Cocker spaniel is awake on the bed and if isn't i come back later.
3) I go make my wife's coffee (I never had one) and I start getting her breakfast ready.
4) I get her paper out, get her orange juice and by this time she is out of the shower
5) I go give her a kiss and if the dog is still sleeping on my pillow i go back to work.
6) I have my wife's breakfast on the table ready for her
7) while she is eating, i go for a pee and see if the dog has moved yet. If she hasn't got up yet, i tickle her and pull her ears until she is awake (the dog that is and she loves it!)
8) I put on my coat and hat and take the dog for a walk. She does her business and then it's back home.
9)I give the dog fresh water, a bone and by this time i can put the breakfast dishes away.
10)I get my wife's coffee for the ride to work ready while she is getting dressed.
11) I make sure she has everything and give her a kiss, tell her I love her and will talk to her soon
12) I go around and turn off every light ,fan and blower she has left on.
13) I sit down a relax.............I HATE BEING RETIRED!!!!

Hey, I am from the Charlotte Area in NC.
1)wash face
2)use toilet
3)shower(30-45 min)(brush while showering)
4)eat
5)get dressed
6)hair
7)pack my things
8)go to bus stop
PS. Do you know any good costume stores around Union County?

1.brush my teeth...
2.use some face cleanser to prevent pimples-(warm water then cool)
3.use listerine mouthwash
4.take a loong shower and scrub scrub scrub- I relieve myself while i'm in there XD that's my toilet in the morning :)
5.lotion my body while watching totally spies and 6teen lol
6. put cocoa butter on my face
7.Put on my school uniform
8. do my hair
9. Have some soup
10. put on lip gloss and eye liner
11. And I'm off after 3 hours of getting ready

Roll over look at the clock , stretch a bit , Get up go pee pee . Wash hands ,
& face , make and drink a cup of coffee . Take my pills , pet my cats , give them a treat . Take a shower , get dressed . Get on computer , check mail , Start my day .

If alarm clock is going off, awaken, seem at it, hit snooze yet in basic terms lay there in mattress attempting to wake myself up. Then at the same time as it rings back, flow to the lavatory, brush teeth. sit down in the front of the computer, verify e-mail, attempt to wake my mind up at the same time as contemplating what to positioned on to paintings. Then flow to lavatory, brush teeth back and take a bathtub. dress, blow dry my hair, make up, replace bags/shoes reckoning on outfit, kiss doggies see you later and tell them now to not cut back to rubble the residing house at the same time as i'm away. ask your self why i'm previous due back yet i visit't do something about it so I grab my vehicle keys and flow to paintings.

1.have quiet time for about half hour this includes writing in my journal
2. workout for 30 min.
3.clean house if I need to
4. get crafts and other stuff ready for my kid
5.shower

7.get a load of clothes started in washer
