VPN, Virtual Private Network.

Not extremely secure, but, usable...

check it out on any search engine. Too much info to discuss it here.

And, lots of folks are actually running Linux LiveCDrom so they can do the secure remote desktop use and manipulation. Make sure to change read/write permissions.

turn on the remote assistance from ur start menu and allow the IP address from which u r accessing.Enable the remote assistance from both the sysytems.For further information visit

using remote desktop connection in win xp. u hav to use other computer to access ur own computer .
