The weather in Indiana is extremely hard to predict. It could be absolutely freezing, or it could be mild, like in the 50's or 60's. You honestly don't know until you wake up in the morning and look out the window. You definitely won't be wearing shorts, but I'd prepare by bringing a warm coat and plenty of sweaters. You can also bring jeans, sweats, and T-Shirts. That should cover everything. Oh, bring gloves and a scarf too. You never know what to expect!

Travel with layers. You can put on or take off sweaters and coats as needed to adjust to certain temperature changes.
I lived in eastern central Indiana for three years. November was generally cool and dry. Two of those years I didn't see snow until after the first of the new year. The second year the temperatures were already turning cold in late October.
In eastern Indiana and western Ohio they say, "If you don't like the weather now, wait for a couple hours and it'll change!"

Depends on where in Indiana you are going. There is a significant temperature change from northern Indiana to southern. Central Indiana for example averages in the upper 50's most of November. It will be slightly cold as you go north and warmer as you go south. Your best bet is to go to www.weather.com and type in the zip code of where you'll be and you can get a 10 weather outlook for that place. If it's in the 50's you might want to dress warm, especially if there is a wind chill.

It's unpredictable. It probably will not be below zero, probably. Expect anything as low as 30 during the day. You probably will not need long underwear but bring a jacket and some sweaters.
