I think they will attack the management of the Iraq occupation first.

The process of impeachment is misunderstood by many, many Americans.
An impeachment means that the person who is impeached will be put to trial for a crime they have committed. In our regime, the Senate will provide for the trial itself (not any part of the judiciary).
Any congress that is elected November seventh could impeach President Bush.
The question is - why would they impeach President Bush?
Has he committed a crime? Is he guilty of treason, purgergy, theft, or etc? The answer is no. He has not. If he has committed such a crime, then there should be evidence of it.
Regardless if an impeachment occurs, evidence will have to be shown that President Bush has committed a crime of sorts. Without this evidence, an impeachment would be futile and even embarrassing for those who choose to pursue it.
If you will remember, calls to impeach former Presidents Nixon and Clinton only came after evidence of crimes were brought to light. This simply isn't the case with President Bush.

I do think they will try in order to get the truth out. Everything is not Clinton's fault. It does seem whenever the Republicans are in power they make a mess of everything and then get very weak so they aren't re-elected. I do think Bush out done any previous president in making a mess of things. Remember the father and how dumb he got before he lost to Clinton. Also remember the Democrats should have been in all the while and we all would be better off.

Whomever gains control on November 7 will inherit much of a continued mess. There is much that needs to be done in terms of REAL funding via deficit spending, all elected to congress on Nov 7 will have the challenge of doing more with considerably less resources. Are there grounds to impeach, yes, will they impeach? I think time, conscience, and accountability will have to tell that story..

They will surely try. It won't work though. All they do is try and make the war on terror weaker and almost impossible to win. They would rather be in power than protect their children from getting their heads lopped off in America. Bush tries so hard to protect us. He is doing everything the`same as when the left said it was for votes Well he's not running, now look at the blame still. Democrats will really protect us!

Impeachment would be a futile gesture, they wouldn't get the votes needed in the senate. I thihnk they will be smart enough not to try that, unlike the republicans who wasted all that time and energy trying to impeach Clinton.

Let's all hope that doesn't happen, however if it does they would never be able to swing an impeachment. President Bush is doing a great job and should be supported not bashed. It is people like him and the soldiers in Iraq that fight for your right to disagree with them for protecting you.

Bush has done more for this country then the Democrats have done in the past thirty years.
Bush will be looked favorably upon in the history books, second only to Reagan.

If Bush really wanted to increase his approval ratings he would have impeached himself... but he's too stupid to think of that, and his republican party is too stupid to advise him to.
Bush Sucks... He's already served out the majority of his term, I'd say it doesn't really matter much now... but I predict some more terroristic non-sense to conveniently occur right before the election. Just be sure to stay tuned, so I can say told you so.
