Does Lou Dobbs seriously think he's going to single-handedly save the middle class people of America from poverty? Or is he just trying to sell as many books as possible so he can distance himself as far as he can from the middle class?

Lou Dobbs never claimed that he could 'save the middle class'. The Dems and Repubs have been saying that for years to get the middle class to vote for them, but nobody believes it. Lou is articulate, he does his research and his opinions are well thought out. So what if he makes a few dollars on his book, as it would mean people are still buying and reading books - remember those things? They were where we got information from before ipods, cell phones, mp3's and videogames. I don't why you are dumping on him when there are so many more targets in the media and politics that are so much more obvious a sham.

The guy identifies problems, however his solutions are terrible. Big Government + more government done over and over eventually turns into communism.

The guy needs some Economic 101 classes.

Sham...absolutly.

Let me tell you this, Lou Dobbs has the balls to tell it like it is... I am glad CNN gave him the green light to speak his peace. The guy is brilliant & he does his research.

We need more journalists like him....ones who have the gift of free thought.

Lou believes that the way to cure a problem, is to bring as much attention to it as you can. He's been doing a great job. I believe if you understood his message better you'd join him. He is right on this one.
