Fairy Princess...all you need is an old formal (I used a dress i had from being a flower girl) of some sort and then carboard, tin foil and glitter. cut out the carbord to wings and wand. wrap in tin foil and decorate with glitter..I won prettiest costume with it when i was in thrid grade.
Pipy Long Stocking is easy as well
All you need is a wire hanger for the braids, brown eyeliner for freckles, baggy pants, tang top and one of dads old button down shirts. OH Yeah dont for get a stuff monkey for mister Wilson.

I did this 4 years ago...dress in all black paint any skin showing all black including your hair. now Spay silver gliter all over your self. and you have a stary night.

ok get some card board boxes in a rectangle shape cut a hole to make a place for your head to slide through then take a hat covered in aluminum foil and your legs put on black tights covered in alumiminum foil color the box blue or green like the double mint gum or winter fresh bye some gum and pass it out at the party be a stick of gum really cute try it.

okay i found this from a magazine. u can dress up as a shower.
u need:
-small hula hoop
-shower curtain and rings
-clear packing tape
-cardboard tube
-metallic construction paper
-silver tinsel
what to do:
use the shower curtain rings to hang the curtain from the hula hoop. stretch tape across the hula hoop, creating straps to rest on ur shoulders. wrap metalllic paper around the cardboard tube to make the shower pipe. form a cone shape out of metallic paper to create the showerhead. tape it to the top of the shower pipe and tape tinsel to the inside of the spout so it looks like spraying water. securely attach the pipe to the hula hoop with tape.

yes if you know how to sew it by hands or by machine if you don't know how to sew you can ask a friend or family member if they can make a costumes so don't worry I bet you'll make or have the most beautiful costumes in the history of halloween Okay!:>

wear normal clothes with a sign that says "nudist on strike" . dress normally and when soemone asks what you are suppose to be . say " mystique from x men"
