i don't usually gain a lot of weight...i'm especially active during the winter while i have figure skating and training...then in spring its almost time for it to be over....but i have dance everyday except friday and that's all year round...and i have to eat light for pointe and stay at the same weight or i'll get to heavy to dance

I'm trying to unpack the extra weight I put on when I lived in the perpetual winters of Alaska for 17 years.

I've been on the Krispy Kreme diet since I moved so it hasn't been easy.

I try each fall and winter to put on at least 10 pounds if not come summer I get too small.

Only about 2-3 lb. luckily it's not hard to take off
